1) What is the history of the Jonathan Ross show? What channels has it appeared on? Why has Jonathan Ross been a controversial media figure in the past?

The Jonathan Ross show originated on BBC 1 with a prime time TV slot as well with top end celebrities trying to promote something, however BBC 1 decided that The Graham Norton Show was going to get a higher priority with better celebrities and a YouTube Channel and a better prime time slot as well so Jonathan Ross decided to move his show to ITV instead of BBC. It's a surprise how the general public has warmed to Jonathan Ross again due to the prick call scandal in 2010 with Russell Brand.

2) Identify the target audience for this interview (demographics/psychographics) and say why.

20 - 30 because it's a general age bracket that are interest in rap and the urban genre and also Plan B want to appeal towards the council state reformers which are normally in that age bracket
Mainstreamers / Reformers because people that generally watch Jonathan Ross show are normally Mainstreamers who have comfortable lifestyle and have time to sit down and watch a show like the Jonathan Ross show however people that heard about Plan B being on the show would also go out of their way to see him on the Jonathan Ross show which links to the C1,C2,D and E because people that are fans of Plan B would be in this Demographic

3) What is the audience appeal for a programme like the Jonathan Ross show?

The audience appeal for a show like the Jonathan Ross show is that they will have celebrities on the show that people generally care about and who have strong followings across the UK, and also people that are fans of Jonathan Ross and like his type of humour that will be a unique selling point for the show which will lead to an increase in the amount of viewers.

4) How is Plan B (the brand) represented in this text?


Plan B once again talks about how the world need to realise the fact that people that are in the council house environment and are not fortunate to have a natural happy family and we have to provide help for does type of people and given them the respect they deserve instead of looking down upon them due to their environment.
